Overall, it’s good, but for us, it’s a bit overstimulating.
It was a complete fail for both me and my wife. The small part's vibration is just meh—it had little to no effect on my wife. Worse for me, the Satisfyer clamps the penis way too tight. Blood flow is inhibited, turning a firm rod into a limp noodle. The entire area it clamped was raw and red afterward. We absolutely can't recommend this Satisfyer.
