The interchangeable attachments were a great idea. However, it feels a tad too big.
Wider design causes less friction and wear while providing a nice massage. Increase lateral pressure manually, for example. Plastic device is not very useful, and the inflation for narrowing often fails to work. Better build, though comparable to other TPE products of the same price.
