Style over substance
There's no doubt that Satisfyer products hit the mark on price, colour-range, design and packaging. However, like other (albeit more expensive) manufacturers in the world of teledildonics , the Satisfyer Top Secret falls well below advertised and reasonable expectation in terms of bluetooth connectivity. 15 seconds before losing connection with the Connect app on a iPhone SE 2022 is poor, frustrating and less that stimulating. Also a connective range of 45 centimetres is so bad to be almost comical.
When raising the subject of poor bluetooth connectivity with Satisfyer - info@satisyfer.com, the response was a dismissive single line - '"connect via Internet"...that was suitably smiley and happy with an aim of speedy resolution.
Noting Satisfyer's promoted 15-year guarantee, I raised the subject again on info@satisfyer.com. The response on requesting a return and refund was an impersonal and curt:
"Dear User,
Thank you for your E-Mail.
Here at App Support, we are unable to make any refunds.
Please contact the store where you purchased the item.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Now I bought the Top Secret from Satisfyer direct...and wasn't asking for App support, so maybe something got lost in translation?
Overall, Satisfyer promises a lot, but fails to deliver at the moment of truth. Outsourcing its customer service support is doing the company a disservice. Although handlers are probably targeted on number of responses per hour, rather than the quality of responses.
At the end of the day I wanted to be believe that Satisfyer considered customer service at the same level as its design and value ethos. I was wrong. Keep this in mind when considering laying down your hand earned cash on a new vibrating play friend...if it goes wrong?
Whether Satisfyer is willing to publish this one-star review in a sea of four and five stars stands to be determined...or will they choose to silence the negative?

A return/refund would only be possible for unused and unopened goods. Right of withdrawal expires as soon as you open the packaging.
If the device was purachsed in another store, we always ask to contact the store/shop where it was purchased and to ask them for a refund. We cannot refund the costs if the toy wasn’t purchased directly through www.satisfyer.com. We can only replace the defective product.
